Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please check all items once you receive them. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from DESK COSMOS, please contact us via email immediately.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@deskcosmos.com to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Terms
- If you find any defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and provide a photo of the defective item in the order package, along with the order confirmation details.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns and exchanges must be in new, resellable condition and include all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
- Items that have been in contact with food cannot be returned.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Special orders cannot be returned.
- Only full-priced items are refundable. Clearance items are not refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you will receive a refund notification via email. If the refund is approved, you will receive it within 1-3 business days.

Gift Cards
If there was an error with the transaction, DeskCosmos gift cards can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com. After 24 hours of purchase, the gift card becomes non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are allowed:
- Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts are not due to our error.
- Items are returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refund Delays or Missing Funds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@deskcosmos.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@deskcosmos.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Address
Please contact us before returning the product.
When returning items, please use a traceable shipping method to simplify the refund process. After shipment, please send us a photo of the receipt and tracking number. Depending on your location, the time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If the value of the item you are returning is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
