Q4: How can I track my order?
A4: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 3-5 business days. You can track your package at https://www.17track.net/en.
Q5: What should I do if I don't receive my order?
A5: We guarantee all orders will be delivered. If your order has not been successfully delivered within 60 days, please contact us for a reshipment or a full refund.
Q6: Do I need to pay customs fees?
A6: At Desk Cosmos, we prepay the import duties, so you won’t need to pay extra fees upon delivery.
Q7: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A7: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Our system automatically sends the order to our warehouse for processing after it's received. If you need further assistance, please contact us immediately.
Q8: What if there is an error in my shipping address?
A8: If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change the address. Reshipments will incur additional shipping fees. Due to address errors, reshipment may take 7-60 days, and no refunds will be processed during this time.
Q9: Can I return my items?
A9: We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
