Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you experience any issues with a product purchased from DESK COSMOS, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item so that we can assist with a return, exchange, or other resolution.

Filing a chargeback without contacting the merchant first may delay the resolution process.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

You will receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and provide:

  • A photo of the defective item

  • A photo showing the item inside the original order package

  • Your order confirmation details

We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund, if applicable

All returned items must be in new, resellable condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been in contact with food

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you will be notified by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.


Discounted & Special Items

Discounted, promotional, or clearance items may be subject to different return eligibility.
Please contact us for assistance regarding specific items.

Special or customized orders are not eligible for return.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned in non-original condition

  • Items returned with missing parts or packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are refundable within 24 hours of purchase if there was a transaction error.
After 24 hours, gift cards become non-refundable.

To request a gift card refund, please contact us immediately.

Technical support is always available to help find a suitable solution for any product-related concerns.


Return Address & Shipping Notice

Please contact us before returning any items to obtain the correct return address.

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items.
If the value of the returned item exceeds $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.
