Order processing time

We usually ship within 1-5 days. Order processing time may be affected by individual product inventory status, custom product production time, seasonal changes, and national holidays.

Free shipping

Shipping fee is $6.99 per order, but all international orders of $49 and above are eligible for free shipping.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates only. Although we do our best to ensure fast shipping, uncontrollable factors such as local customs clearance, severe weather, epidemics or holiday peaks may cause shipping delays.

Order confirmation and tracking

When your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that the tracking number will be available within 3-5 business days and you can conveniently track your order using the following link: https://www.17track.net/en.

60-Day Guarantee

Desk Cosmos guarantees the delivery of all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered within 60 days, please send us an email with the order number to support@deskcosmos.com and we will arrange to re-ship or refund the full amount.

Customs Fees

To make your shopping worry-free, we have prepaid import taxes for most countries, so you do not need to pay additional fees upon delivery. Please note that customs in a few countries may require the recipient to pay additional fees, especially in countries with strict import policies.
Most of our customers have no problems with customs. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.

Cancellation/Change of Order

Since we try to process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been submitted and started to be processed. If you need any help, please contact support@deskcosmos.com immediately.

Damages

We are not responsible for damage or loss that may occur during shipping. If you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise until the claim is completed.

Lost Packages

We cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered and the delivery address is correct. If your package is lost in transit for more than 5 days, please contact us with your order information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Errors

If the delivery address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer able to change the address. Additional shipping charges will be incurred for re-delivery. Re-delivery due to incorrect addresses may take 7-60 days. No refunds will be processed during this time.


Before checking out your shopping cart, please ensure that the correct address is entered.

If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable to pick up the item, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us with the corrected complete address and to bear any additional re-delivery charges. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change or adjust the address during the delivery process. Re-delivery will be charged $8 or 25% of the total order value, whichever is greater.

How do I track my shipment?
