Order Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1-5 days. Processing time may be affected by factors such as stock availability, custom product creation time, seasons, and national holidays.

Shipping costs $5.99 per order. All international orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be active within 3-5 business days, and you can track your package at https://www.17track.net/en

60-Day Guarantee

Desk Cosmos guarantees all orders will be delivered. If your order has not been successfully delivered within 60 days, please send an email with your order number to support@deskcosmos.com, and we will arrange for a reshipment or full refund.

Customs Fees

At Desk Cosmos, we prepay the import duties, so you won't need to pay extra fees upon delivery.

  • Prepaid Taxes: We have covered most countries. (Some countries may require additional payment.)
  • Duplicate Charges: If the courier requests additional payment, this is likely an error. While rare, it may occur in countries with strict import policies.

Most customers do not experience any issues with customs. If you need assistance, our support team is always available to help.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Our system automatically sends the order to our warehouse for processing after it's received. If you need further assistance, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com.

Damage Claims

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered to the provided shipping address. If your package is lost in transit for over 5 days, please send your order details to support@deskcosmos.com.

Shipping Address Errors

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@deskcosmos.com. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to change the address. Reshipments will incur additional shipping fees. Due to address errors, reshipment may take 7-60 days, and no refunds will be processed during this time.

Before checkout, please ensure your shipping address is correct.

If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the recipient cannot collect the package, the recipient is responsible for providing the corrected full address and covering any additional reshipping fees. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change or adjust the address during transit. Reshipment will incur a fee of $8 or 25% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

How to Track My Package?

It's simple. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and carrier website via email. You can use the information we provide to track your package online. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.
