DC’s Notes
This sunflower PET tape always takes me back to my grandmother’s backyard. She planted a whole row of sunflowers along the garden fence, and by late summer they stood taller than me, their big golden faces all turned toward the sun. Every time I look at this tape, I can almost feel the warmth of that afternoon sunshine.
The whole roll is filled with sunflowers in every pose and every shade. There are soft lemon-yellow blooms, rich golden ones, and deep amber sunflowers with dark chocolate centers. Some are gathered into big, cheerful bouquets, some stand tall in a row like a little field, and some lean out on long, graceful stems beside their broad green leaves. A few stray petals drift in between, as if a gentle breeze had just passed through.
It’s made of matte PET with a white ink layer, and the matte finish has a soft, paper-like feel with no glare at all. It’s also die-cut, so every sunflower and every bouquet peels away on its own, ready to go wherever you’d like. At 2.36 inches wide with a 39.37-inch pattern repeat, each roll is full of lovely variety.
It’s perfect for garden and nature journals, farmhouse-style pages, junk journals and scrapbooks.
